Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Create innovative and transformative solutions that address clients' needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent and workforce structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Engage in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and provide actionable solutions using methodologies to measure, govern, and evaluate performance. Create Deloitte-customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios and wireframe artifacts; facilitate workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Defining, building, and implementing programs to drive strategic change, organizational design and governance, and culture and technology adoption solutions, utilizing ServiceNow Change Management & Release Management, Jira Service Management, Smartsheet, Workday Cloud ERP, Microsoft (MS) Office, and Business Process Management (BPM), Agile, and Scrum methodologies;
- Defining, building, and implementing enhancements to HR processes and structure, utilizing Java, MySQL, H2 Database Engine, Oracle, Extensible Markup Language (XML), Workday Cloud ERP, MS Excel, and Hybrid Agile methodology;
- Writing user stories for the developers and testers containing business and functional logic and design requirements, and performing user, functional, and design testing, utilizing MS Visio, ArgoUML, Jira, QMetry, Selenium, and Workday Cloud ERP;
- Creating business case decision models and customer financial models and executing process mapping, utilizing MS Power Business Intelligence (BI), SAS Enterprise Miner, IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), R Programming, Hadoop, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Tableau, and MS Excel;
- Assisting with the full lifecycle of a project, including analysis, functional specifications, system configurations, design, and testing, utilizing Smartsheet, Workday Cloud ERP, Java, XML, MySQL, H2 Database Engine, ALM Octane, and Apache Selenium;
- Assisting with requirements gathering workshops, interfacing with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into solutions for organizational development and change management;
- Conducting stakeholder interviews and focus groups, utilizing Smartsheet, Jira, Wrike, and Agile & Kanban methodologies, to understand clients' current-state process and programs, and outlining future processes and programs, utilizing MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; and ,
- Creating training materials and facilitating trainings, including job aids, process manuals, demonstration videos, micro-learning videos, and glossaries to facilitate knowledge transfer, user training, and adoption.
