Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Provide software development and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Provide support for all phases of the software development lifecycle utilizing Software Development Life Cycle methodologies for project implementation, including preparation, business blue printing, realization, go-live, and post go-live support. Utilize major software platforms and create custom coding artifacts using various programming languages. Build, deploy and maintain customized tools or software to modernize legacy application architecture. Research user reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Architecting, implementing, and supporting Java base applications infrastructure and topologies;
- Conducting unit testing of web services and web applications using SoapUI;
- Creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), visualizations of data trends, and data models by utilizing PowerBI (Business Intelligence), and Splunk in order to support business and functional requirements within the Health and Family Services industry;
- Creating technical design and unit test case documents to track test cases and issues utilizing Atlassian Jira, and Jama;
- Working with a team of developers to both produce new components and resolve defects through a standard defect resolution process, utilizing Agile methodology; and
- Developing domain classes and database access methods using Kerberos Authentication Protocol.
