Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Architect in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing Oracle products. Manage and deliver components of engagements to create business solutions for large companies. Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures of Oracle modules. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing RICE Development (reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions) to manage software development and implementation services of Oracle EBS R12 Systems and Oracle Cloud Systems;
- Tracking application defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts and documenting resolution
details, utilizing Jira, Samange and Remedy; - Managing full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging Oracle eBS modules for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Order Management, Purchasing, HRMS and Financial Modules and building custom applications using Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Reports and Oracle Forms;
- Managing business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of Oracle software solutions;
- Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies utilizing Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle Report Builder, Oracle Form Builder and Toad for Oracle;
- Enabling medium and large-scale client go-to-market strategies by converting design inputs into
process flows and developing solutions for commercial operations and supply chains using Order
to Cash, Procure to Pay, Order Management, Purchasing, HRMS and Financial Modules; - Provide technical solutions by analyzing functional requirements and specify alternate design
approaches, and prepare cost/benefit analysis of alternative solutions; and, - Design, implement and document Technical Proof of Concepts (POC) for the technical solutions to be developed.
