Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Atlassian Jira;
• Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems utilizing Microsoft (MS) Office 365 Suite;
• Working across all phases of the Hybrid Agile Project Delivery or Software Development lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement Integrated Eligibility System (IES) solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing MS Visio, and Oracle Policy Automation (OPA);
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Project, SharePoint, and Jira;
• Utilizing Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, Jama, and Apache JMeter to support System Integration (SIT), Regression, End-to-End (E2E), and Performance testing to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing MS Project, and Visio, Java, Oracle Database, and OPA; and
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing HTML5, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Mural, and MS Office 365 Suite.
