Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Detroit, Michigan and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing Oracle products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for Oracle implementation, which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires two years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Toad to drive software development and implementation services;
• Utilizing ServiceNow (SNOW) to gather and configure Oracle system requirements into technical design from Functional Design Documents (FDD);
• Driving the design, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Financials, including Project Accounting (PA), Project Management (PM), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Cash Management (CM), Procurement and Purchasing, General Ledger, and Contracts to develop technical objects, including module and reports;
• Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate Oracle PA and Oracle Fixed Assets with 3rd party systems;
• Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing Oracle Forms;
• Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from FDD for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form (RICEF) objects;
• Defining systems strategy and supporting procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients, utilizing Oracle Hyperion Enteprise Performance Management (EPM); and
• Performing product life cycle management design and development using Oracle BI Discoverer and BI Publisher.
