Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and Cloud solutions;
• Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing SAP and Cloud solutions;
• Working across phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Time Management and Payroll modules;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders, using SAP provided communication systems for all the modules, including Cloud solutions;
• Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP HCM modules personnel administration, organizational management, time management (+Ve/-Ve), benefits, payroll, SuccessFactors, and employee central payroll;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using SAP and Cloud payroll, benefits, and time management solutions;
• Mapping business to technology process flows through Enterprise Value Delivery (EVD) methodology in order to create process flow for to-be design process and finalize gap analysis based on current and future design needs;
• Functioning as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, processing design, prototyping, testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
