Position Summary
Cyber Product Concierge Market Development Advocate, across the A+C operating model
Deloitte Consulting Services helps clients to realize strategic objectives, protect corporate and shareholder value, and achieve improved profitability. Deloitte Cyber identifies, develops, and delivers market differentiated recurring services, integrated with leading-edge commercial or Deloitte-developed products, to help ensure our clients achieve their cyber security objectives. The Cyber Product Concierge team will be goaled with accelerating development of our commercial product resell business in order to increase client value from our services while building new revenue streams in collaboration with our community of Cyber professionals.

Work you'll do
We are seeking an experienced and energetic professional to help transform our Cyber Product Concierge resell process. Our ideal candidate brings strong background in market development and internal/external awareness building, and in-depth familiarity with the product marketplace ecosystems. As a Cyber Product Concierge Market Development Advocate, you will help the Cyber Partner/Principal/Managing Director (PPMD) community, Ecosystems & Alliances, and the Intersection Leaders cultivate novel revenue and margin sources and build marketplace awareness around Cyber product resell opportunities. You will engage in market development activities with our internal and external clients and external alliances, and help coordinate Cyber Product Concierge response on individual deals from a marketplace perspective.
Responsibilities:
- You will report to the Cyber Product Concierge team leader and Cyber OP Strategy leadership
- You will support Cyber pursuit PPMDs and client teams, industry intersection leaders, and Deloitte Cyber offering leaders
- You will build market development programs around Cyber products
- You will develop a broad familiarity with the major technologies and product ecosystems that are critical to our Cyber go to market strategy, with a particular emphasis on EDR, SIEM, identity and access management (IAM), cloud, and AI toolsets
- You will interface with the Cyber Ecosystems & Alliances organization and the Cyber PPMD community to drive market awareness and
- You will help manage and lead key marketplace initiatives for the Cyber Product Concierge service.
- You will work to develop the Cyber product resell marketplace across Offering Portfolios and identify synergies with key non-Cyber products that can accelerate sales.
- You will support a team goal of increasing product resell margin attainment by at least a factor of 10 over an 18-month period
The team
The Cyber Product Concierge team will work to develop novel revenue streams through integrating financial, client, and competitive considerations into how we go to market with Cyber products, work interactively with E&A architects, provide visibility and analysis of key pipeline metrics, and standardize proposal and go to market packages. The role is a key component of the entire Cyber business development team and will be focused on increasing product resell revenue, both from the overall sales and margin perspective.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 15-20 years of related work experience in Sales and Market Development
- Excellent skills in analytical and presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, and translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations to executive leadership
- Expertise in building sales initiatives to expand breadth and depth of cyber market share
- Familiarity with deal shaping and modeling
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands, sense of urgency
- Strong executive presentation and engagement skills
- Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style and strong influence skills
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve keep
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,700 - 292,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
