Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Manager in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Lead SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Direct the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal information technology project processes and promote SAP knowledge sharing in the team by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (will accept 3 years of university level study) or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 6 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Managing the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; meeting specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs, utilizing Agile, Hybrid Agile, and Waterfall methodologies and leveraging Atlassian Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and HP Quality Center (QC);
- Leading business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals, eminence, and point of view development;
- Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices;
- Managing day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, and organizing and leading pursuit teams;
- Evaluating the technology needs of an organization, developing strategies to increase the company's profitability, and designing and implementing plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth, utilizing E-commerce Capability Matrix and performing Gap Analysis of current features and capabilities, proving recommendations on enhancements, identifying areas to reduce cost and improve efficiencies, and increase overall revenue and profitability;
- Leading global project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing demand and resource forecast sheet, Issue and Risk logs, Defect Triage Process and Prioritization;
- Executing client deliverables, including user stories, technical designs, release strategy, and roadmaps as per business specifications and agreed timelines, utilizing Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence; and
- Leading and managing large SAP Hybris Commerce and Native Mobile application (iOS and Android) implementations in the Retail and Consumer industries.
