Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Manager in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Lead SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Direct the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage information technology project service excellence by identifying key issues for key accounts, determining project needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations in the context of the overall engagement. Lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities. Manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes and promote SAP knowledge sharing in the team by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Managing the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions and meeting specific requirements, including business case, pricing, and complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs, utilizing SAP Project Management tools, including Solution Manager (SolMan) and SAP Signavio;
• Leading business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals, eminence, and point of view development;
• Managing day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers, and organizing and leading pursuit teams;
• Leading components of engagements, evaluating client's business and modernizing core systems, configuring and testing systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP SolMan, SAP S/4HANA Best Practices, SAP Signavio, and SAP RISE;
• Evaluating the technology needs of an organization, developing strategies to increase the company's profitability, and designing and implementing plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth, utilizing SAP S/4HANA and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP);
• Leading global project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources, utilizing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
• Executing client deliverables, including Business Blue Print, System Configuration document, Functional and Technical Specification document, Cutover document, Test Scripts, Test documents, and End User Manual, per business specifications and agreed timelines, utilizing SAP SolMan; and
• Leading and managing large SAP FICO, SAP IBP, and SAP S/4HANA implementations, including SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in the Oil & Gas industry.
