Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Charlotte, North Carolina and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Driving various aspects of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) implementation, including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployment, and triage of defects and change requests, using Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology and SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module;
  • Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing Agile methodology and Software as a Service (SaaS) PMO;
  • Working across phases of the SAP Implementation Lifecycle, including blue printing for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP SD module and SAP S/4 HANA;
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes, and environments, using SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), HP Quality Center (QC), and ServiceNow;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders, using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira, and HPQC; and
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions, using SAP SD, SaaS PMO, Jira, and Microsoft (MS) SharePoint.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
