Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing Accelerated SAP (ASAP), and Agile methodologies, Microsoft (MS) SharePoint, and Extensible Markup Language (XML) to drive software development and implementation services of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Organizational Management (OM), Personnal Administration (PA), Payroll, and SuccessFactors Employee Central;
  • Driving various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for SAP, SuccessFactors implementation, which include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues, using SAP HCM, Solution Manager (SolMan), Employee Central, Atlassian Jira, VersionOne, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
  • Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP OM, PA, Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS), Payroll, HR Mini Master, and SuccessFactors Employee Central with 3rd party systems including Workday, Fieldglass, and Salesforce;
  • Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models and process models, to be used for application development and integration utilizing MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, Jira, HP ALM, and SAP SolMan;
  • Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form objects utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; and
  • Driving the design of Human Capital Management using SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors Employee Central Modules for integration and to work with offshore development teams to develop solutions.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
