Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Miami, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires two years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to drive software development and implementation services of SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) system;
  • Driving various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for SAP implementation, which include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues, using SAP ECC Modules including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Financial Accounting (FI);
  • Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP ECC with 3rd party systems;
  • Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Offices' Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form objects utilizing MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Performing product life cycle management design and development using SAP Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI), Business Add Ins (BAdI), and SmartForms;
  • Building and developing software integration production and developing software modules using SAP Web Services; and
  • Driving the design of SAP ECC for integration and to work with offshore development teams to develop solutions.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week
