Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing Atlassian Jira, Microsoft (MS) Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Working across phases of the SAP Accelerated Strategy Alignment and Planning (ASAP), and ACTIVATE, Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies software development liefecycle, for the design, development, testing and implementation solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), and Change Request Management (ChaRM), MS SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Agile methodology, Jira, MS VSTS, SharePoint, and Excel, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
- Driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment, utilizing SAP SD, Quotation and Order processing, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions using SAP SD, ChaRM, SolMan, and HP ALM;
- Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP SD, Enterprise Resource Planning Central Component (ECC), and SAP S/4 HANA (Business 4 HANA) Sales, MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Word; and
- Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, cutover plans and configuration documents, utilizing MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio to communicate project tasks for implementation of SAP SD projects.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
