Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Senior Analyst in Tempe, Arizona and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Create innovative and transformative solutions that address clients' needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent and workforce structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Engage in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and provide actionable solutions using methodologies to measure, govern, and evaluate performance. Create Deloitte-customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios and wireframe artifacts; facilitate workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Defining, building, and implementing programs to drive strategic change, organizational design and governance, culture and technology adoption solutions utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM);
• Defining, building, and implementing enhancements to clients' financial processes and structure by creating application packages for the clients using PDQ Deploy, PDQ Inventory or MECM development stage of applications, that are deployed to System integration and User acceptance environments including production;
• Writing user stories for the database administrators, business analysts, developers and testers containing business and functional logic and design requirements, and performing user, functional, and design testing, utilizing Azure Devops, Jenkins, Internet Information Services, Portainer, Docker, Container, and Putty;
• Assisting with the full lifecycle of a project, including analysis, functional specifications, system configurations, design, and testing, utilizing Software Development Life Cycle;
• Assisting with requirements gathering workshops; interfacing with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into solutions for organizational development and change management;
• Tracking and reporting on project milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Azure DevOps Power BI reporting;
• Conducting stakeholder focus groups, utilizing Agile Methodology, to understand clients' current-state process and programs, and outlining future processes and programs by analyzing security threats, vulnerabilities and remediating them by utilizing CyberArk and Operating System patches; and
• Creating training materials and facilitating trainings, including job aids, process manuals, demonstration videos, micro-learning videos, and glossaries to facilitate knowledge transfer, user training, and adoption.
