Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the information technology project needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Implementing full life cycle SAP projects Configuring SAP Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Inventory management (IM), Logistcs Execution (LE), and Master Data Management (MDM) modules, utilizing SAP ASAP and SAP Activate Methodology;
• Evaluating client's business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions for Brownfield and Greenfield implementations, utilizing SAP Activate methodology with Agile approach for SAP S/4 HANA system;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP Solution manager (SolMan), HPALM, and Jira;
• Handling SAP S/4 HANA data migration, configuration and development activities for the business requirements and managing the transports utilizing SAP solution manager and ChaRM;
• Delivering project deliverables, including Business process procedures, functional specifications, testing strategies and documents, system cutover documents and procedures, training documents for business users utilizing Jira, Solution Manager and HPALM;
• Utilizing HPALM and Service Now to support and perform multiple types of testing including Functional, Technical, Unit, Integration, Performance, Regression and User Acceptance testing to ensure successful design and implementation of SAP project solutions;
• Performing post Go-Live support for business continuity and lowering the risk by handholding with business users to perform business transactions utilizing ServiceNow, HPALM, SAP Activate methodology.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
