  • Leverage technology skills and business domain knowledge to advise clients on industry, operational, and technology best practices to achieve business transformation
  • Have the opportunity to work with some of the leading technologies being supported by state, local, and federal governments
  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
  • Develop solutions to client problems through application of methods and tools; validate solutions to subject matter experts
  • Contribute to continuous development of methods and tools
  • Assist in proposal development, as requested

As a Performance Analyst within our Enterprise Performance team, you will have the opportunity to work on projects within our offerings of Shared Services, Technology Transformations and Operations, ServiceNow, Cloud Computing, and ERP support. You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience to help solve clients' complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related IT discipline
  • 2+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • Must be located or be able to relocate to the Washington DC area prior to start (no travelers accepted)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Lean, Agile, ITIL, PM Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, and/or Workday ERPs
  • Experience using and developing dashboards in Tableau Software
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and create structured solutions to complex problems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as internet research tools
  • Experience working independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
