Account Manager - Project Delivery Specialist - Customer

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Partner Marketer with 4-8 years of experience to join our team in support of a key enterprise technology client account. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B partner marketing or co-marketing, demand generation, GTM strategy, event management, and customer engagement. Experience working with AI and tech companies is strongly preferred. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate cross-functionally with C-suite executives and department heads to optimize co-marketing performance and enhance partner experience. Please note that this is a client-facing role.
- Develop and execute comprehensive co-marketing strategies for a portfolio of partners to drive demand generation and achieve pipeline goals.
- Create and manage partner marketing collateral, including co-marketing assets, sales decks, datasheets, videos, and landing pages.
- Lead multi-channel partner marketing programs including demand generation, co-marketing, and partner nurturing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and growth marketing teams to align goals and ensure seamless execution of partner marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with portfolio of key strategic partners in the AI space
- Design and implement scalable enablement programs, including training playbooks and Event in a Box kits.
- Manage marketing development funds (MDF), Operating Expenses (OpEx), credits, and other budget sources to optimize partner engagement and resource utilization.
- Track and analyze co-marketing performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, budget prioritization, and ROI.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B partner marketing or co-marketing, sales channel marketing, or a related role.
- Minimum of 4 years' proven track record of exceeding pipeline goals and driving revenue growth through strategic partner marketing initiatives.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience working in client-facing or partner management roles.
- Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with data visualization tools (such as Miro, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Tableau) and project management tools (such as Confluence, Jira, Trello, Asana, Airtable, SharePoint).
- Minimum of 4 years' experience nurturing emerging ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partnerships, preferably in the AI space.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800-$171,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
