You will:
- Design and lead the effort on automation, CI/CD processes and tools to make our services simpler and more robust
- Mentor team members in design collaboration, code reviews, development tools and processes
- Take part in the full software development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery and support
- Be an active member of an agile team, collaboratively realizing features through development, test and delivery

Essential Requirements
- 13+ years of software development experience with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, agility to adapt to technologies and processes quickly
- Strong development/programming experience in Python/Ansible/ Kubernetes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong Extensive experience 10+ in designing, implementing, optimizing ,Lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure toolset environments based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field along with experience into vRealize Orchestrator, vRealize Automation, Enterprise Storage, Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
- Atlassian certifications such as Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP), Atlassian Certified Master (ACM), or similar certifications are a plus.
