What you'll achieve

As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing cutting edge software while providing creative solutions based on our business needs. You will:
- Drive complex software features through the agile software lifecycle.
- Gather, learn, analyze, and balance software requirements, shaping them into actionable items, write high quality modular software designs, implement great code, Define and implement concrete tests and metrics to ensure the definition of done is met, convey clear and accurate technical documentation and provide long term support.
- Be responsible for improving our stability by troubleshooting and integrating smart solutions to existing components.
- Help improve development methodologies.
- Coach peers, partake in and drive design reviews while driving best practices to constantly improve the quality of our product.

Essential Requirements
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience (domain experience) in storage, Linux.
- Excellent coding skills, and in-depth knowledge of C/C++.
- Great team player who knows when and how to push independently when needed.
- Strong knowledge in storage systems data-path
- Experience and understanding of Linux internals
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working for leading companies
- Experience in agile methodologies.
