What you'll achieve

As a Senior Principal Research Scientist, you will be responsible for working with us on key strategic initiatives in Generative AI.

You Will:

You will be leading a team in defining, implementing and integrating first-of-a-kind intelligent solutions, leveraging late-breaking LLM, AI/ML and Data Science technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert to develop and apply advanced generative architecture in a large-scale, complex environments
  • Conduct rapid prototyping of emerging tools/technology in the space of Gen AI.
  • Deliver enterprise grade AI/Machine learning solutions based on LLMs in the area of Technical Support Services for large scale environments
  • Architect and scale machine learning models for efficient deployment across various platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with data scientists to refine algorithms and models based on performance metrics like scale, latency, and throughput. Publish white papers, publications on findings and drive adoption across projects

Essential Requirements:

  • 10+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with at least 3 years of industry experience in software engineering or DevOps
  • Outstanding problem solving, structuring, analytical and mentorship skills
  • Proven track record in applying and implementing Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models and Intelligent Automation
  • Proficient in object-oriented programming languages like C# or Java, with solid experience in Python, Spark, TensorFlow, XGBoost

Desirable Requirements:

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Extensive experience in machine learning, particularly in developing solutions utilizing Neural Networks. Significant software engineering experience with a focus on ML model production and scalability in low-latency environments
  • Advanced understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native computing, DevOps, data streaming, and parallelized workloads
