The Vice President (VP) will be a key leader in the Digital Product Collective organization, responsible for the strategic direction, development, and execution of product initiatives. This role involves providing leadership and vision across multiple product areas, with specific accountability for the CaSP Action Team and direct oversight of the Atlas Product teams and accountabilities. This role will drive innovation, ensure alignment with business goals, and foster a high-performance culture within their teams.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CaSP action team and Atlas Product (FinTech and Human Capital Management)
  • Creating trusting relationships with People Services and Finance stakeholders and help prioritize intake asks
  • Align product strategy with the overall company vision and business objectives
  • Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and stay abreast of industry trends
Team Management & Development:
  • Provide direct oversight and leadership to the Atlas Product teams
  • Accountability for the performance and outcomes of the CaSP action team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product teams
  • Mentor, coach, and develop product managers and other team members to maximize their potential
Product Development & Execution:
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to launch and iteration
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery
  • Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure the product roadmap is aligned with customer needs and market demands
Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders regularly
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to inform product decisions
Financial & Budgetary Responsibility:
  • Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
  • Monitor product profitability and identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure products comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with product development and launch
