Overview
As a People Services Talent Senior Analyst you will collaborate with others on initiatives that are critical to the success of the enterprise. Projects adapt to business needs over time. And, activities may include: analyzing, improving/standardizing, and managing existing processes to drive engagement, experience and the utilization of Talent tools and resources; providing analyses and reporting to key internal stakeholders; creating training and quick-reference guides to support HR processes and systems; and acting as a liaison between key partners.

The Senior Analyst will be part of a team of highly motivated individuals with backgrounds ranging from management consulting to project management to healthcare delivery.
This role will preferably be based out of our Denver headquarters and has an in-office requirement of two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays, subject to change and offered flexibility). Remote candidates will be considered if strong qualifications and core competencies are demonstrated throughout the interview process. The interview process will consist of an initial phone screen, analytical assessment, behavioral based interview, case study, and call with hiring manager and/or VP.
Responsibilities

Project Management
- Partner with others to work on complex, high priority work streams
- Support execution of project for self and team, resolve minor conflicts with the support of leaders, deliver on defined success metrics, and communicate any shifts/pivots to project scope
- Leverage hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities
- Conduct analyses to assess impact on business metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
- Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis, identifying next steps, and developing deployment plans
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills
- Partners with teammates of all levels across the enterprise, including those who work in the clinics
- Effectively challenges others during decision-making processes and constructively manages through feedback
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 2-4 years of total work experience
- Demonstrated Excel proficiency (advanced), with ability to find averages, create pivot tables, graphs & identify trends in data
- Project management, Talent management, and HRIS experience a plus
