About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, you will be a critical member of DaVita's Talent Acquisition team, driving innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent for our clinics within DaVita Kidney Care. Your work will shape the success of our hiring efforts by turning market insights, competitor research, and industry trends into actionable strategies that build strong, diverse pipelines-today and for the future.
This role blends research, outreach, and relationship-building. You won't just identify talent-you'll be the first connection to DaVita, sharing our mission and career opportunities in a way that sparks interest and inspires purpose. You'll support multiple searches at once, focusing on high-priority and hard-to-fill clinical roles while ensuring candidate quality, diversity, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze labor market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability to shape sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source nursing and clinical talent through diverse channels (databases, associations, diversity networks, referrals, phone research, and social platforms).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, lists, and maps to support immediate and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial outreach and engagement with prospective candidates, delivering a compelling introduction to DaVita's culture and opportunities.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure sourcing efforts align with business needs and market realities.
- Track and report sourcing metrics, ROI, and pipeline effectiveness to showcase impact and continuously improve.
- Drive diversity-focused sourcing initiatives to support inclusive hiring goals.
- Maintain ongoing contact with top prospects and align them with urgent or upcoming opportunities.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- 5+ years of sourcing, research, or talent identification experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proven experience with enterprise-level ATS/CRM systems to build and manage pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply labor market data.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience sourcing clinical talent and/or working in executive search or recruiting agencies preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Phenom is a strong plus.

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
