GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position is responsible for optimizing our Eligibility and Insurance Discovery processes by developing the strategy, analytical approach, and vendor partnership to drive speed, accuracy, and maximizing the value of one of our key operational workstreams within the revenue cycle.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES: Yes
Position has supervisory responsibility for recruitment, retention, hiring, professional development, performance review, succession planning, and termination for all direct reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations, Eligibility Team will lead a team of analysts, leaders, and operational TMs who evaluate process opportunities, identify solutions, and implement process improvement initiatives to maximize value. This leader will be responsible for directly managing analysts, and requires experience with analytical methodologies, systems, and coding languages (SQL, Python, Excel) to support analyst growth and development. The ideal candidate must be skilled in change management for system, process, organizational updates, system upgrades, and associated process modifications.
Responsibilities Include:
- Researching and identifying root cause opportunities to drive continuous improvement, and partner with vendors to drive accountability and progress.
- Design vendor integration strategy to maximize value, optimize timing, and minimize costs.
- Facilitate communication between the organization's business users, vendors and IT to enhance systems integration quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Organize the work of others, including planning, organizing, monitoring, troubleshooting, negotiating and reporting, as well as performance reviews, development planning, coaching and training.
- Facilitate a wide range of initiatives to develop and implement operational business systems.
- Hold vendors accountable for providing high quality, complete information on a reliable schedule to integrate successfully in business processes.
- Facilitate the establishment of team structure and roles, hiring and on-boarding Analysts, leaders, and TMs and ensuring adequate resource and talent allocation.
- Manage employee/team performance by setting objectives and performance metrics and standards and conducting performance reviews.

(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

- Demonstrated strengths in team building and leadership skills

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $91,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
