Sr. Lead Analyst - IT Product Operations (IT)
DaVita is a leading provider of dialysis services for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure. The Company owns and operates 3,100+ kidney dialysis centers to serve over 1.7 million patients, domestically and internationally.
The Senior Lead Analyst role resides in our IT Product Operations team, part of the greater Information Technology department. The position will be staffed in our Corporate Business Office located in Denver, CO and reports directly to the Sr. Manager of IT Product Operations Team.

We are seeking a Sr. Lead Analyst to play a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and enabling data-driven decisions across our product and engineering landscape. The ideal candidate is both analytical and business-minded, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, ownership and becoming the subject matter expert of the technology intake process, understanding and supporting OKRs, product reporting and product ways of working, and ownership over reports, analysis, tools, templates and processes to enable the effective delivery of Products through projects from beginning to end. The Sr. Lead Analyst should bring a passion for critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, accountability, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Strategy & Analysis
- Lead analysis of key metrics and operational performance for IT product teams.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor product health and team efficiency.
- Identify areas of improvement in processes, tools, and workflows across product delivery lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Subject Matter Expert of Technology Intake Process
- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering, QA, and Release Management to drive operational excellence.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making across teams by delivering insights and recommendations.
- Governance & Process Improvement
- Support product governance efforts including roadmapping, planning cycles, project activation, and OKRs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Agile, and Product principles.
- Contribute to the standardization and automation of operational practices and tools.
- Stakeholder Reporting & Communication
- Deliver clear, concise reporting and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, including facilitation of meetings
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives to support business case development and resource planning.
- Tooling & Systems
- Leverage and optimize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Apptio TargetProcess for data collection and reporting.
- Work with IT and Product teams to ensure data integrity, data quality, and accessibility across systems.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Project or Product Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, operations analyst, or product operations role in a tech environment.
- Strong experience with data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
- Knowledge with Jira/Confluence, Apptio TargetProcess, or applying AI analysis to tools and for daily usage.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience creating and maintaining process flows and process flow documents required
- Experience working in an enterprise IT or SaaS product environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, SaFE, or related frameworks.
- Prior experience supporting multiple product teams or portfolios.
- Previous leadership experience
- Understanding of project and product financials
