DaVita is looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) to support our patients and their families at our University and Woodbury Dialysis Clinics in St. Paul and Woodbury, MN!

Here is what you can expect when you join our Village as a Clinical Social Worker (MSW):

  • Coverage: Covering both University (St. Paul, MN) and Woodbury (Woodbury, MN) dialysis Clinics
  • Monday - Friday schedule - 20 hours at Woodbury
  • Full time schedule - 40 hours
  • Training - 6-8 weeks

  • Licensed or registered in the state of practice as required by state regulations -- LMSW or LCSW
  • Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice
  • Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs
  • Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
