The Project Analyst role resides in our IT Project Management Office, part of the greater Information Technology department. The position will report directly to the Supervisor of IT Project Management Office Operations.

We are seeking a Project Analyst with responsibility for providing reports, financial forecasts, analysis, tools, templates and processes to enable the effective delivery of IT projects to end users - which includes patients, clinicians and other DaVita teammates.

The Project Analyst should bring a passion for critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration and continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gathers and analyzes key project data points to provide transparency and enable decision making for key stakeholders
  • Designs and prepares a variety of reports including but not limited to: budget and forecasting reports, executive reports, management reports, status reports, financial variance reports, ad hoc reports
  • Collaborates with IT partners to drive the quality of project data in a centralized tool
  • Partners with IT Project Managers and Business Relationship Managers to continuously improve tools, templates and processes used throughout the IT project delivery lifecycle
  • Prepares engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations and communications
  • Facilitates meetings with teams across the IT department, including executive level participants
  • Works well in a team environment, sharing knowledge and lessons learned
  • Actively participates in team and business office meetings and events
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in related area preferred or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience in related area may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a project support or analytical role preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • General understanding of IT systems preferred
  • General understanding of finance and accounting principles preferred
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow preferred
  • Working knowledge of Tableau preferred
  • Working knowledge of creating and maintaining process flow documents preferred

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
