DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

We are hiring for multiple locations on the North Side of the Greater Richmond Area.
What are we looking for?

- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet- 12+ hours
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule required including the ability to work early mornings (starting at 4AM), evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred but not required: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
- Paid training with ongoing education and career paths

- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
