Own the escalation resolution process for high-impact or complex prescription order issues, including fulfillment errors, delays, or Pharmacy issues

  • Lead root cause analysis in collaboration with internal teams and Pharmacy partners
  • Act as the final checkpoint and escalate issues to leadership with proposed solutions
  • Maintain documentation of escalations and outcomes to support operational transparency and process improvement
  • Prioritize and triage operational issues based on urgency and patient impact
Manage/act as a SME for processes related to bundle prescriptions
  • Includes all daily reports, fulfillment coordination, and exception handling
  • Ensure high quality outcomes with an elevated level of attention to detail
  • Recommend optimizations and lead pilots or roll-outs of new processes
  • Monitor volume and communicate any trends to manager
Communication with facilities/Pharmacy Partner:
  • Maintain on-going communication with facility teammates, resolve processing issues, and escalate all outstanding issues including drafting written responses, emails, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Ensure that communication occurs in a clear, timely and concise manner.
Handle inbound/outbound phone calls with teammates and Pharmacy reps with professionalism and courtesy

Assist with special projects as assigned by Clinical Program Manager

Specialist role Specifics:
  • Serve as an advisory resource for coordinator within the scope of their normal responsibilities
  • May serve as point person for specific projects or initiatives within the bundle team
  • Identify areas of opportunity for improvement and escalate as needed to management
  • Assist Coordinator as needed with advanced or complex circumstances
  • Maintain professionalism and demonstrate the DaVita way on a consistent basis
  • Perform SME activities by training others
  • Document bundle processes and maintain team resources within the Villageweb

The Salary Range for the role is $56,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour

Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
