As a Manager of the Talent Acquisition Projects Team, you will lead a small team of Project Managers to create and execute project work plans for highly visible, high-impact people and technology projects across the organization. You will coordinate the work of cross functional project teams and vendors to develop and scale the solution(s), all while keeping executive stakeholders informed of current project status. Projects adapt to business needs regularly; activities may include: analyzing, improving/standardizing, and managing existing processes to drive engagement, experience and the utilization of TA tools and resources; providing analyses and reporting to key internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive results. Scope project deliverables and goals to determine appropriate resource needs. Create and update project plans to achieve key milestones with limited guidance/oversight. Prioritize and delegate work across the team. Remove minor to moderate obstacles independently. Communicate regular updates to Director/VP stakeholders.
Think analytically. Provide oversight to the team project portfolio including partnering closely with leadership on project objectives, KPIs, and overarching direction. Distill complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; build appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentations. Uses critical thinking to solve the right problem end-to-end. Can independently perform analyses and QA others work.
Influence stakeholders. Present information concisely and coherently. Explain the "why" and adjust to audience needs. Facilitate effective meetings with objectives and agendas. Effectively navigate tough situations and escalate to leadership as appropriate.
Lead. Apply judgment to project decisions and make recommendations to leaders. Approach challenges with composure, optimism, and options. Set clear expectations for the team and hold them accountable. Seek and give feedback regularly. Uses discretion with sensitive topics.
Build relationships across departments. Create collaborative partnerships with peers and leadership that bring diverse perspectives together to create win-win outcomes. Manage relationships with senior business leaders and influence a diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Contribute to team culture. Make project work fun and fulfilling. Manage workload to promote work-life balance and wellness for self and others while connecting to broader Village events. Motivate, coach and develop direct reports. Cultivate a high level of collaboration within core team & partner relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in Talent, People, or Analytic related functions.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Experience managing and coaching direct reports. In-direct leadership experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and strategic importance.
- Advanced communication and influencing skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Microsoft applications.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
