The Manager, Program Management, will help lead the growth and development for our Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNP) and other Medicare Advantage (MA) plans. This role will report into DaVita's Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Program Management team, which oversees programmatic success across all Value Based Care (VBC) product lines.

This position is responsible for developing operational efficiencies for the program, scaling our partner programs, maturing our analytical capabilities, and leading our program strategy. This individual will bring a strategic lens to how we improve operational processes, analytical rigor and project management. This position will work on highly visible, priority initiatives in a rapidly growing strategic business unit by collaborating with a cross-functional team of clinical, operational, and business leaders throughout DaVita.

This position plays a key role as a thought partner, internal consultant, and project executor, innovating how we build processes both internally and with external partners to provide the highest quality patient care. The ideal candidate will quickly build strong relationships across the organization to support the execution, implementation, and success of our value-based programs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operational Strategy & Process Improvement

Identifies operational inefficiencies and potential solutions to support the
operations team
Evaluates team needs and provides expert guidance on a team strategy that supports sustainable growth
Optimizing internal and external relationships to achieve consistent performance across growth metrics
Works closely with leaders and teammates to develop and implement innovative
processes for growth
Identifies and creates technology enhancement strategy and roadmap

Data Analysis & Reporting

Lead special projects on process and analytics redesign, introducing technology to automate and systematize activities that are currently manual
Builds out and enhances program analytical tools, reporting, and visualization dashboards
Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities in partnership with operations and/or clinical leadership; supports with analysis as necessary

Team Management

Responsible for managing small special projects team focused on strategy and
capability development for rapidly expanding new business line
Leads in developing the team culture and growth strategy
Fostering fun team culture supportive on teammate developing and diversity and belonging initiatives
Takes on additional special projects (as required)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4+ years of work experience
  • Consulting and corporate strategy experience preferred
  • Experience in Healthcare and Value-based care preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Comfort leaning into ambiguity
  • Skilled developer of presentations; proficient in Excel analytics
  • Relationship builder who can navigate a highly complex, matrixed organization
  • Driven with the ability to work in a very fast-paced, hard-working, and fun environment
