Job Title: Manager, Finance - National Hospital Services
Location: Denver, CO
Work Schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday (with some flexibility as needed)
Finance Manager
DaVita is seeking a talented Finance Manager to join the National Hospital Services team. The Finance Manager will spearhead strategic financial planning and analysis responsibilities, financial modeling initiatives, and other strategic initiatives for the business. Reporting to the Director of Finance for Hospital Services, the Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals.

Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead monthly and quarterly treatment volume and revenue financial reporting, providing results, variance analysis, and insights for decision-making
- Lead in-year and long-term strategic planning forecasting processes for Hospital Services business to support Enterprise forecasting process
- Own the annual treatment volume and revenue budgeting process including planning efforts, refining models, setting guidance, and providing support to field leaders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights, business drivers, and key metrics to internal stakeholders
- Identify & lead work streams to improve financial processes
- Serve as the finance liaison to DaVita's Compliance & Legal departments, overseeing projects such as tracking the financial health of accounts and driving enhancements to the internal contract approval process
- Manage sophisticated financial models to support pricing decisions, and work closely with field leaders and serve as a strategic thought partner in contract negotiations with hospitals
- Provide detailed analyses of key operational data to measure the ongoing performance of the business
- Provide analytical support to clinical and operational teammates, enhancing decision making processes
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for talent acquisition, development, and retention within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, or a related financial role, with a preference for experience in healthcare or a related industry.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and data analysis with a strong command of Excel and other analytical tools.
- Experience managing financial processes and projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to share business updates and recommendations to team leaders and key stakeholders.
- Team-player able to work collaboratively within HSG Finance and alongside our stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Familiarity with finance and analytics systems like Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, and Tableau preferred.
