Administrative support for local Kidney Smart teams is critical to the Kidney Smart program's success. The KS Local Coordinator (KSLC) manages their assigned geography's inbox where all KS recommendations are sent. They enter all data accurately and timely into the SF system and make the required amount of outreach attempts. The KS National Team (KSNT) provides training and resources on proper data entry, time management and tasking, and participant outreach protocol. The KSLC assists the KS Division Lead and field operations team by scheduling participants for classes, reaching out to recommenders for missing participant information, and escalating concerns to leadership.
