The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly motivated and adaptable team player to join our Acquisition Integration Management Team. In this role, you'll play a key part in bringing newly acquired dialysis centers into the DaVita family, launching new inpatient (Acute) dialysis programs, and supporting other strategic growth initiatives across the Village.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys solving complex problems with a mix of project management, data analysis, and change management skills.
What You'll Do
Integration Planning & Execution
- Help build detailed integration plans across core functions-Deal Depot, PS, IT, Clinical, Operations, and Reimbursement.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met.
- Monitor progress, flag risks, and help drive resolution of roadblocks as they arise.
- When needed, work directly with sellers and internal teams to align expectations, streamline communication, and support a smooth transition experience.
- Support communication and training efforts to ensure teammates are informed and empowered throughout the integration.
- Track and analyze integration performance metrics to monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal leadership updates.
- Document new processes, capture lessons learned and contribute to a growing integration playbook.
- Participate in due diligence activities to help assess risks and prepare for integration planning.
- Translate deal-specific insights into actionable plans for seamless execution.

- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current or prior Davita experience highly preferred
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset-you're curious, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
- Passion for driving meaningful change and making complex projects feel simple.
- Travel: Up to 40%
- Availability: Occasional evenings and weekends may be required depending on project timelines.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $62,200.00 - $91,300.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
