HOME PROGRAM DIRECTOR (Federal Way, WA)
Get ready to roll up your sleeves, network and inspire teams to grow our Home dialysis program. The DaVita Home Program Director role can be exceptionally rewarding as you work to bring innovation and operational focus to help patients achieve higher quality of life while receiving life-saving treatment. In this role you will have ownership over growing our Peritoneal and Home Hemodialysis program in the Washington market. You will work in a collaborative manner with Home Program Managers, Directors and Physicians to support goals tied to business development, quality outcomes and clinical outcomes.
As the Home Program Director you're in charge. The main areas you're accountable for include:
Patient Care - Impact patient lives and deliver optimal clinical outcomes
Success at DaVita is measured by how well patients respond to their dialysis treatments. The HPD is responsible for monitoring patient clinical outcomes utilizing DaVita's quality metric (DQI) in coordination with doctors, nurses and the interdisciplinary team.

Program Expansion - Grow you program to impact more patient lives
Dialyzing at home offers patients more freedom and often better clinical outcomes. Armed with clinical data and DaVita patient testimonials you'll use your sales and networking skills to drive initiatives to increase DaVita at Home prevalence and assist in the development, review, revision, and roll out of initiatives. You will also be a key asset to physicians to help them make changes to their practices that are aligned with CMS goals which will increasingly impact their bottom-line.

As a Home Director you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor our future home dialysis leaders. You will also be a key partner in monitoring compliance, conducting teammate evaluations, lead teammate satisfaction initiatives and incorporate Core Values within our teams.
Financial Management - Drive bottom line results
Successful HPD's ensure the complete operation and performance of our Home dialysis business within their division. They set financial budgets that align with our growth goals and hold their teams accountable to those budgets.
The Shining Star in this role should have:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in management across disciplines required; prior management in the healthcare field and experience with multi-site management are preferred
- 5+ years of healthcare, dialysis experience plus, business or military experience with accountability for metrics, building relationships, coaching, and P&L management with at least 3 years in a leadership level position
- Minimum of 3 years of solid people management including but not limited to teammate relations, hiring, termination, performance and professional development, and annual reviews
- Proven ability to adeptly manage multiple priorities; a "gets stuff done" person
- Capacity to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization and externally to influence positive outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate and lead in an environment that moves at a rapid pace, where change is common

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $91,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
