DaVita is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to join the strategy team of Team Genesis, DaVita's dialysis center development and real estate team. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to balance multiple priorities and drive towards results, this is a great opportunity to join a company that continues to grow and make a difference. The SFA will be responsible for supporting efforts related to asset management, center development and growth initiatives. This person will be dealing in the following areas of Center Development: modeling, real estate transactions, construction costs, capital expenditures, and asset performance. Typical projects that the SFA will support include: group-wide reorganization, strategic growth initiatives, process standardization, development of new growth and growth management strategies, financial analysis and value creation reporting.

Specific Job Functions:
- Work closely with Genesis teams to develop analysis and recommendations regarding historical, on-going, and prospective aspects of all center development activities
- Provide support in developing reporting frameworks and providing recommendations on key strategic priorities
- Develop materials and help facilitate key growth / portfolio strategy meetings within Genesis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate performance across teams and Genesis' progress
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and process the information into execute level reports
- Assist in the research and create presentations of operational matters to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics at top undergraduate program; Master's Degree (MBA) a plus.
- 2-6 years of finance-oriented analytical experience. Prefer experience from corporate finance or consulting firm, or something comparable
- Must have strong finance and analytical skills
- Extremely proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Access, SQL or other database experience a huge plus
- Hyperion Essbase experience a huge plus
- Ability to thrive in high pressure, fast-paced deal environment
- Self starter with ability to think and work independently and problem solve
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with the various stakeholders
