GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position works with a variety of Finance, Clinical, Strategy, and Data teams to define, create, and deploy new tools and processes to the Village. Specifically, the tools and processes will be focused on scalable reporting for operators spanning operational, financial, clinical, and TM-specific needs, but will also include special high-priority projects. This position serves as a change agent and leads the initiatives to govern, build and sustain changed technologies and processes resulting in streamlined workflow and elimination of redundancy. Initial duties will relate to the Anaplan and Snaplogic technologies, but will expand to other solutions as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning
- Works with teams to identify areas where technology and processes can be deployed to further the core value of Continuous Improvement.
- Provides business problem-solving expertise to ensure successful outcomes of information technology initiatives.
- Maintains current knowledge and understanding of information technology to ensure competitive analysis.
- Manages vendor relationships to ensure DaVita compliance across platforms, and ensure vendor is providing investment in DaVita-needed solutions.
- Defines and prioritizes user stories in the development and implementation of new tools and processes.
- Analyzes ambiguous and complex business problems; creates project feasibility studies and drives creation of business process models.
- Defines scope, researches business assessment capabilities, defines potential problems, proposes innovative ideas, and recommends actionable next steps.
- Gathers business future state requirements and identifies organizational changes required to realize technology benefits.
- Evaluates solution options; performs detailed cost/benefit analysis and impact of creating, implementing and adjusting business plans.
- Assists in development and presentation of long-term technology solutions and plans, analyzing advances in product technology and AI opportunities.
- Directs solution planning across team, managing model and data integration development.
- Assists in implementation of the Agile development process.
- Identifies business analytics and incentive metrics to measure results, outcomes and improvements.
- Facilitates project communication between all relevant stakeholders in the Village.
- Manages teammates and guest teammates spanning domestic and international locations.
- Assumes full responsibility for cross-functional team formation, management, and execution towards large, critical Village-wide projects and rollouts that impact thousands of teammates.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives and balances them with the timelines and resources available to make decisions on setting project scope and deliverables.
- Regularly interacts with Senior Management to get project guidance and buy-in when necessary.
- Responsible for setting project scope and adapting scope throughout the project as necessary.
- Responsible for managing budget and staffing of projects. - Attends team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed.
- Knows, understands, and follows teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
- Travel required: up to 10%.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or Finance required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) years in finance and/or planning software work experience required; healthcare/ industry experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in managing multiple, medium to large, cross-functional teams or projects required
- Demonstrated experience in Agile development and project planning and execution
- Demonstrated experience with Snaplogic (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with Anaplan (required)
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
