This position participates in a variety of clinical pharmacy initiatives with company-wide impact related to DaVita's patient care/clinical processes. This position evaluates, develops and implements potential process improvements, clinical trend analyses, and quality assurance oversight. This position will also provide cross-functional support, lead training initiatives, and contribute to strategy development in partnership with the Manager, Clinical Programs.
Support in the development, implementation and improvement of processes for the Clinical Pharmacy Management Team.
- Process/Systems including, but not limited to: Pharos, Formulary Exception Review, PA Hub, Auth Queue, CPM Inbox
- Collect and provide feedback to leadership and stakeholders on key performance metrics
- Drive operational efficiency through process development and innovation.

Support onboarding, training and mentoring of Authorization Coordinator Team.
- Facilitate training for new and existing teammates
- Assist with the creation and updating of job aids and other collaterals, as applicable
Other duties as assigned.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $91,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
