Analyst, IKC Program Management (Innovation)

Join DaVita's Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team, our value-based care organization, and play a critical role in driving strategic growth across the Medicare Advantage (MA) portfolio. As the Analyst for IKC's Program Management & Innovation lane, you'll help design, monitor and evaluate innovative pilots and growth strategies by synthesizing performance metrics, interpreting complex data and collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to define analytical needs related to MA growth, retention and enrollment performance
  • Design and build dashboards, reports and models to track pilot outcomes, ongoing operations outcomes and program performance
  • Interpret results, identify actionable insights and communicate findings in a clear, compelling way
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support new market opportunities, pilot scalability and evaluate the impact of regulatory changes
Program Support
  • Help scope and track pilot programs, testing new growth and retention capabilities
  • Create materials and visuals for program updates, executive presentations and partner meetings
  • Maintain data tracking, dashboards and reports on an ongoing basis
  • Evaluate the impact of data capture on documentation and workflow
Collaboration & Partnership
  • Work cross-functionally with strategy, operations, marketing and compliance teams
  • Develop a strong connection to the work of other analytics function within the org to share best practices, identify data sources and ideate
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required (e.g., business, economics, public health, data science, or related field)
  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytical, strategic, or healthcare-focused role
  • Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); SQL or Python a plus
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business implications
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel requirement of up to 10%
