Engineering Manager I - Case Management

Paris, France

Case Management provides a single pane of glass to view issues in customers’ systems and allows them to triage tasks through  prioritization, assignment, bulk actions, flexible views and integration with third-party ITSM products. With Datadog’s Case Management product, customers assign and track their work items without leaving the Datadog platform and keep all their data in one place to make it easier to resolve issues without switching contexts.

Case Management further helps Datadog minimize time to market to launch new products that support new engineering processes. It acts as an opinionated work tracking platform upon which other products build user experiences that best support their processes.

As the Engineering Manager for the Case Management team, you will support and guide the team in shaping the services and user experiences that enable these features. You will create a supportive environment that enables your team to thrive and that encourages collaborative product work across engineering teams and organizations. This position provides a unique opportunity to significantly impact the Case Management product and team’s development while contributing to the evolution of partner products like Security Monitoring, Cloud Cost Monitoring and Error Tracking within Datadog’s ecosystem.
