Developing strong relationships with client and internal partners to achieve customer satisfaction and deliverables to manage their wellbeing programs. Recommends and manages third party vendors, wellness awards and recognition programs, internal challenges, and wellness meetings/committees. - Establishes and implements programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Wellness initiatives.
- Forecasts changes within the Wellness industry, conducts business impact assessments, and develops modification strategies with the aid of process improvement methodologies.
- Implements health promotion strategy by working in collaboration with account teams to establish and maintain initiative-taking relationships with assigned plan sponsors and brokers.
- Confers with sales and service staff to review available data and identify customers who may best benefit from the company's wellness programs.
- Implements processes to evaluate wellness programs that reduce health risks, reduce health care costs, and reduce employee absenteeism due to illness, disability, or existing diseases.
- Delivers internal and external training focused on wellness programs by preparing and presenting materials related to population health management.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
- Must be willing to travel to employer and broker locations.
- Minimum 3+ years in wellness, benefits, and/or human resources
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills .
- Develop a deep understanding of business needs, industry trends, and organizational goals to propose innovative solutions that drive strategic outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a collaborative and consultative approach to project delivery.
- Computer systems or skills - MS Office suite including word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Insurance license or ability to obtain
- Wellness program management or service.
- Insurance industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
