Responsible for managing and influencing all aspects of a learning initiative for Commercial Sales such as planning, coordination, development, delivery, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsible for developing and maintaining training assets for Commercial Sales, including leveraging technology to create new training assets and engaging learner experiences.
Deliver synchronous and asynchronous (event-based) learning sessions based on Commercial Sales program strategies.
Responsible for the training output, i.e., business and performance objective(s.) as well as collecting and reporting data points to measure ROI.
Accountable to a collaborative process requiring managing relationships across the segments, Enterprise, or multiple functional areas.
Responsible for managing multiple complex training projects simultaneously.
Uses a variety of educational media and a systematic instructional design methodology to design and develop state-of-the-art training tools and programs for designated business audiences; assesses and reports on the effectiveness of training programs.Required Qualifications

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
