Prepare, analyze, and interprets financial data to help the organization make informed decisions related to rebate profit and loss statements. Generate reports related to forecast and analyzes trends in drug rebates, specialty pharmacy, and other areas of the business. Research economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning. Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development and new marketing strategies.

What you will do
- Gathering and organizing financial data from various sources, including financial statements, market data, and internal systems
- Assists in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the organization.
- Conducts detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
- Assists in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasting exercises by monitoring and analyzing actual financial performance against budgeted and forecasted targets.
- Builds and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
- Assists in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and business plans by providing financial analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities, new product launches, and market expansion strategies.
- Communicates with business units and functional teams to provide financial insights, guidance, and support.
- Implements process improvements and automation to optimize the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function.
- Actively contributes to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, including sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team.
- Assists team members with tasks, timelines, and deliverables, including collaborating on projects, sharing information, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of finance or analytics related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SQL and working with relational database
- Experience in within the PBM/Drug industry
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to partner well across large enterprises
- Ability to effectively communicate - oral and written, across many levels of the organization including senior management
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, strong PowerPoint skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
