And we do it all with heart, each and every day.The Product Owner of MarTech & Engagement Orchestration Platforms is an instrumental, technical role driving the day-to-day delivery and product development for enterprise messaging communications to CVS Health consumers and program members. The Product Owner is a member of the Agile Product Team responsible for defining features and user stories and prioritizing the team backlog, streamlining the execution of team priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features/components for the team.

Your responsibility includes executing the SAFe/Kanban methodology from a PO role perspective, as well as planning and managing a backlog of technical, backend features and stories for a focused set of messaging platform capabilities. You will be expected to collaborate very closely with Business Stakeholders, other Product Team Members, Architecture and Engineering teams in an agile environment. You will work closely with leaders to ensure that all committed scope is delivered by planning effectively with the team, managing the daily ceremonies, clearing blockers, and generally enabling the team to be successful. Regular collaboration with subject matter experts, tech leads, architecture, and other collaborative groups will be necessary for a successful delivery.

Primary skills include strong communication, product and project management, technical knowledge of outbound communications platforms (SMS, MMS, Push, Email, IVR, RCS/RBM), and demonstrated ability to work with all stakeholders to refine features and stories representing Connected Messaging Communication capabilities. SAFe or Agile experience required.

Required Qualifications
• 3+ Years required experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, or IT

• 3+ Years SAFe or Agile experiencePreferred Qualifications
• 2+ Years experience enabling and deploying transactional and marketing communications platforms for large scale cross channel echosystems (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)

• 2+ Years experience enabling technical solutions for marketing related functions including channel acquisition, preferences and consent, customer retention, cross channel personalization• Clear understanding of technical marketing terminology and end to end workflow to deliver personalized transactional and marketing communications

• Experience with other large scale channel delivery platforms like Oracle Responsys, eGain & CSG/ATT

• Familiarity with campaign management or orchestration platforms

• Experience with the key component on real-time data transfer and API functionality

• Familiarity with Agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

• Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues

• Ability to effectively work on teams within a highly collaborative environment

• Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors)

• Ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization

The typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
