CVS Health's Supply Chain Strategy team is transforming the way we serve customers in their path to better health. The future of CVS's Supply Chain will be simple, efficient and utilize the latest in automation.The Supply Chain Strategy Manager will employ a data-driven approach to create in-depth business cases that support the prioritization of initiatives that improve and modernize our retail and omni-channel supply chain network. They will also support multi-year planning efforts and roadmap development by identifying short to long-term strategies that support our overall enterprise goals.In this role, the ideal candidate will:

- Analyze supply chain data to build robust cost / benefit analyses and business cases to support initiative decision-making
- Build financial and other data-driven models that support initiative sizing and prioritization
- Develop optimal problem-solving approach and strategies to identify solutions for major supply chain pain points and gaps
- Support multi-year planning efforts that define prioritization and timing of strategic initiatives based on determination of value
- Define strong recommendations and build executive- level materials for leadership presentations and updates
- Collaborate successfully with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and influence decisions
- Understand end-to-end processes and flow of supply chain product throughout the network
- 3-5 years of experience working in supply chain, performing analyses within one or more of the following areas: supply chain network optimization, warehouse capacity planning, SKU rationalization, transportation optimization, warehouse design, workforce productivity improvement
- 3-5 years of experience performing supply chain business analyses that involve sizing new opportunities and building business cases across various valuation metrics and methodologies (ROI, NPV, Cash Flow)
- 3-5 years of experience and strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel building executive-level presentations with meaningful data visualizations
- Experience in consulting, strategy and/or an analytical role
- Experience working in a corporate role within the retail industry
- MBA
- Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinking with strong business acumen
- Ability to break down complex problems and articulate concise, clear recommendations to leadership
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds toward a common goal and drive alignment
- Ability to work autonomously on multiple initiatives at a time and comfortability working with some level of ambiguity

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
