Supply Chain Senior Analyst

This position is responsible for supporting the operations and management of delivery services and programs associated with CVS Retail Front-Store & Rx, CVS Distribution Centers, and various business units across the CVS enterprise including Aetna, Signify, and Oak Street Health. Responsibilities include but is not limited to oversight of same-day delivery orders from the originating retail pharmacies to the customers while being responsible for any issues or concerns regarding quality of service a n d vendor compliance. Responsible for distribution of KPI dashboard reporting to key business stakeholders and identifying opportunity for service and cost improvement. Responsibilities also include a role with vendo r invoicing and c ustomer service .Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain role and/or managing vendor relationships.
- 1+ years of experience performing root cause analysis and independently solve business problems.
- 1+ years of experience working with MS Office applications.
- 1+ years of experience constructing and presenting data to support recommendations and project objectives.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, written and verbal.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive decision-making and consensus across all levels within the organization.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in order to maximize the business impact.
- Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply sound business judgement.
- Ability to develop and implement sustainable processes.
- Experience in a supply-chain/transportation role with demonstrated ability in managing vendor relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and communicating opportunity for service, cost, and/or process improvement.
- High level of attention and focus with the ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
- Customer service orientated and actively looking for ways to help people, and doing so in a friendly manner. Notice and understand customers' reactions, and respond appropriately.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Mathematical reasoning: ability to use math to solve a problem, such as calculating averages on a spreadsheet.
- Problem Resolution: ability to judge when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong; recognizing there is a problem.
- Choosing the best course of action when faced with a complex situation with several available options
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years prior experience in a related field

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
