Supervisor, Revenue Cycle

• Manages the revenue cycle department in various duties such as account management, communications with insurance providers, collections, cash posting, contract analysis, and billing.
• Implements an effective system to ensure that accurate billing information is entered into the billing system.
• Evaluates financial hardship applications while maintaining compliance with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards.
• Coordinates the handling of patient complaints in respect to billing and collections to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assists management in defining project scope and deliverables that achieve goals and comply with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards.
• Coordinates cross-functional activities and communications with internal and client teams to further Revenue Cycle success.
• Implements feedback from key stakeholders to assess revenue cycle performance and partner with vendors to meet established benchmarks and goals.
• Manages staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings.
• Devises department workflow and staffing to ensure industry-proven best practices are instilled within the company's strategies and end product offerings.

Education

• Post secondary /high school education or specialized training, i.e., technical/vocational programs.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of reconciliation and/or analyst experience
• Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Working knowledge of business intelligence
  Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
  Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork
• Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $76,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
