And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryThe Strategic Proposal Consultant's primary responsibility is to support the growth of Aetna membership by managing the development of customer focused and strategically oriented proposals that focus on overall capabilities and the Aetna value story.Strategic Proposal Consultants are responsible for project management of low to medium complexity RFPs. They participate in the discussion of strategy, ensure it is reflected in our proposal and have overall responsibility and accountability for the quality and timeliness of our response. They work on a wide range of proposals for our National Accounts and Middle Market constituents (brokers/consultants, prospects and customers). This position offers a high level of visibility in Corporate proposals. The work we do provides our team members with a broad perspective of our business, customers and the solutions we offer.Additional responsibilities include responding to proposal follow-up, completing ad-hoc requests, and participating in project initiatives.We are looking for self-motivated team players who enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The successful candidate must be well organized, able to manage multiple projects, adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and contribute to the strategies and creative solutions that help drive success with our customers.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of project management, sales support role desired Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, *PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer
Proven time management abilities
Experience managing multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications
Knowledge of health insurance industry is desired.

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
