As a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) - SrMgr, you will serve as the liaison leader supporting a PBM and their clients. This is an excellent opportunity to interface with Executive Leadership both internally and externally. - Being the quarterback of the strategic account team (including account management, clinical, regulatory, and operations) and have ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Being the client liaison for contractual requirements.
- Building client relationships with key client stakeholders to help innovate solutions.
- Influencing client opportunities through utilizing your consultative selling skills by recommending solutions to meet key client needs.
- Developing and delivering quarterly business reviews to client unique to their needs.
- Providing best in class service by ensuring high quality consulting and services.
- Supporting internal business teams with client requests and escalations.
- Developing quarterly Medicare strategic business plans aligned to client goals and PBM strategic imperatives
- P artnering with the client to develop and execute their annual Medicare bid strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with overall Medicare business objectives for their downstream business
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare or the PBM industry.
- Experience leading cross functional sales opportunities that touch various departments from concept to completion
- Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
- You must have ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Travel may require, but is not limited to, flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company.
- Medicare/EGWP experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
