In this role, you will work on the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that impact millions of users across the healthcare landscape.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions.

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Node.js, Java, and related technologies.

• Architect cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP ), or other major cloud providers.

• Implement containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) for efficient scaling and deployment.

• Manage distributed data processing pipelines using Kafka for event-driven architecture.

• Optimize performance and ensure high availability with Redis for caching and storage.

• Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation in production environments.

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and automation.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices and development techniques.

• 5+ years of software development, design and solutioning in enterprise/web applications.

• 5+ years of experience using cloud technologies such as GCP / AWS / Azure .

• 3+ years of experience with React JS, Node JS or other front-end technologies .

• 5+ years of s olid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and related frameworks.

• 2+ years of ha nds-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration.

• 2+ years of e xperience with Kafka for message queuing and stream processing.

• 2+ years of extensive experience Microservices development using well established design patterns like EDA.

• 5+ years of experience in working in any of the following d atabase - PostgreSQL , MySQL, MongoDB.

• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its integration.

• Exposure to healthcare technology and compliance standards (HIPAA, etc.).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and modern deployment practices.

• Providesleadershipand high-level direction to team members.

• Experience working with distributed teams, across multiple time zones and geographies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven track record of building and deploying large-scale, high-performance applications.
